Hey Everyone,  I have slipped a bit on keeping the blog updated.  So here we go again.  I am going to try to get back on track.  It is a new term and a new effort to keep this up.

Social 8M - Current Events: Homework Check on 'Where has our game gone?' and New handout the Franklin Expedition.  The Franklin Expedition due date will be Nov 14.  Reminder that this is not the usual due date.  Thanks again :)

Health 7 - Paragraph on Peer Pressure is due for next Tuesday! A whole week to finish! Don't leave it until the last moment.  Remember you only need to hand in questions 3 and 4.  But I need you to still complete 1 and 2.

                  Work on Handout #2: You can only fill in the ones that you have done.  Reminder that description is what each pattern is and purpose/function is why is that pattern in important and why they need it in a culture.

Reminder: Current Events QUIZ this (Thursday Oct 18)

Christian Ethics 20: Reviewed and corrected questions on page 39.
                                  Read page 40-42 and answer the review on page 42.
                                  Make sure you have a map and it is Paul's journeys are highlighted.

Social 7: KWL Chart on what we know about the treaties between First Nations and Europeans.    
               Watched the Youtube Video: As Long as the Sun Shines.
               Make sure you have the questions that could be answered, answered.

Health 7: Finished reading Skills for Healthy Lifestyles.  Completed handout on each lifestyle factor.  This is due next class.

Social 9: Last class to work on Archaeological Dig.  This is due on Friday (Oct 19).  First period so you need to be done Thursday night.

Monday...

There is no homework for Social 8M.  Just notes and chart on learning. :)

For Creative Writing 20 you need to have your 30 characteristics of your partner completed by next class (Friday).  Remember you want to make these descriptive.
